Account and workspace information

When a customer creates or manages a CND Ads account, we may process names, business or company names, email addresses, passwords in hashed form, workspace identifiers, account status, plan information, subscription information, and account settings.

Campaign and configuration information

Customers may provide advertiser, publisher, offer, campaign, domain, destination URL, payout, revenue, postback, integration, and related configuration information.

Click and attribution information

When a CND Ads tracking URL is requested, the platform may process the tracking code, timestamp, IP address, user-agent string, referrer where supplied, request parameters, device or browser information derived from technical request data, campaign parameters, and supported advertising identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, MSCLKID, FBCLID, TTCLID, and UTM parameters when those values are supplied to the request.

Conversion and postback information

We may process click identifiers, conversion identifiers, transaction or order references, status, payout, revenue, timestamps, advertiser postback data, publisher postback data, and technical delivery or retry information.

Billing and service information

For paid plans, CND Ads may process subscription status, plan, billing period, payment references, and limited billing metadata. Payment card processing may be performed by a third-party payment processor, and CND Ads does not need to store full payment-card details to operate ordinary subscription billing.

How we use information.

• Provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve CND Ads
• Authenticate accounts and enforce workspace permissions
• Record and report clicks, attribution, conversions, payouts, and revenue
• Route users to configured destinations and execute supported tracking behavior
• Send, receive, retry, audit, and troubleshoot server-to-server postbacks
• Detect invalid traffic, abuse, security events, or suspicious activity
• Manage subscriptions, billing state, support, and product communications
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms

Service providers, customers, and integrations.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate hosting, infrastructure, email, payment, security, analytics, or support functions, subject to appropriate contractual or legal requirements.

Tracking and conversion information may also be transmitted to the advertiser, publisher, or integration endpoint configured by the relevant CND Ads customer. Customers determine the campaign configuration and destination systems they connect to CND Ads.

We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, and integrity of CND Ads, our customers, or others.

CND Ads may use essential cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, CSRF protection, account preferences, and core service operation. Tracking URLs may also process request parameters supplied by advertising platforms, publishers, customers, or browsers.

We retain data according to operational and legal needs.

We retain account and tracking information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain reporting and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data category, customer plan, technical requirement, or applicable law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials, API keys, and postback secrets.

Access, correction, deletion, and policy updates.

Depending on applicable law and the nature of your relationship with CND Ads, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

If your request concerns tracking information collected on behalf of a CND Ads customer or advertising campaign, we may need to refer the request to that customer because the customer controls the campaign and determines the relevant tracking configuration.

CND Ads is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly offer CND Ads accounts to children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, law, or our business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
