Use of CND Ads is governed by these Terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of CND Ads, a click-tracking, attribution, campaign-management, reporting, and server-to-server postback platform operated by CARNDRIVE PVT LTD ("CND Ads," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using CND Ads, you agree to these Terms.
The service and your account.
CND Ads provides tools for creating tracking links, recording clicks and conversions, measuring campaign performance, managing advertisers, publishers, offers, campaigns, domains, and postbacks, and sending or receiving server-to-server conversion notifications. Features, limits, pricing, trial periods, and availability may vary by account or plan.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting passwords and API or postback credentials, and restricting access to authorized users. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or workspace.
New public workspace registrations may begin with an immediate trial. CND Ads may review, suspend, or restrict a workspace where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, policy enforcement, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
You control the campaigns and destinations you configure.
You are responsible for the advertising campaigns, destinations, advertisers, publishers, parameters, and integrations you configure in CND Ads. You must have the right and lawful basis to collect, transmit, receive, and process the information routed through your tracking links and postbacks.
You must comply with the policies of advertising platforms and traffic sources you use, including destination, transparency, consent, data use, misrepresentation, and tracking requirements.
CND Ads supports transparent tracking on the same public /{code} endpoint. When force_transparent=true is supplied, a valid destination_url becomes the immediate next-hop destination and is not replaced by a backend campaign destination.
Customers must not use CND Ads to disguise, misrepresent, or evade an advertising platform's destination requirements.
Do not use CND Ads for abusive or deceptive activity.
- Generate, purchase, route, or knowingly facilitate fraudulent, bot-driven, deceptive, or otherwise invalid traffic
- Operate phishing, malware, credential-theft, deceptive redirect, or other abusive campaigns
- Bypass advertising-platform review, destination, cloaking, or transparency requirements
- Track individuals where prohibited or without an applicable lawful basis or required notice or consent
- Access another customer's workspace or data without authorization
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the service except where expressly authorized by law
- Use the service for unlawful activity or to violate the rights of others
Your campaign data remains your data.
As between CND Ads and the customer, the customer retains its rights in campaign, advertiser, publisher, destination, conversion, and other data it supplies to CND Ads. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, secure, and display that data solely to operate the service and meet our legal obligations.
Our processing of personal information is also governed by the CND Ads Privacy Policy.
Plans, availability, suspension, and third parties.
If you select a paid plan, fees and billing terms shown during checkout or in your account apply. Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled according to the applicable billing terms. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor.
Where the product provides a grace period following trial or payment expiration, the availability of tracking, dashboard, reporting, or management functions during that period may differ.
We may update, add, remove, or modify features and may perform maintenance. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to material violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens CND Ads or other users.
CND Ads may interoperate with advertising platforms, payment processors, email providers, advertiser systems, publisher systems, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability.
CND Ads, its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and related product materials are owned by CARNDRIVE PVT LTD or its licensors, except for customer data and third-party materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CND Ads is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee advertising approval, campaign performance, conversion volume, revenue, or acceptance by any third-party advertising platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CARNDRIVE PVT LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of CND Ads after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
